MSMEs FLY HIGH BUT RELATE LOW

Residing in the 21st century is bliss for the companies that have stealth growth in the preceding centuries. Their growth fundamentals were mastered by continuous innovation and strategic decisions taken time to time, fused with sustainability and growth. The value creation during this tenure was benign in nature and had exhibited development of universally recognized standards for work-place performance, institutional appraisal, organization appetite and social growth.

This growth was invoked by great men of men and involved regulated heroism in the form of vision & leadership. The philosophies prophesized during the institution of these building blocks (Leaders & Organizations), are still running high with an established cause and ‘real effect’ relationship. The concepts hold relevance to present day circumstances, be it a big concern (enterprise) or an upcoming one. However, dynamics may have changed depending on one Industry to another.

What so ever the case may be, MSMEs across the world are actively contributing to the world growth hierarchy. Small are becoming bigger and the bigger are becoming better keeping one promise at place, “We Will Win”. These companies are striving to fly high even though the bigger players, their internal abilities, and the environment that they perform in, pose a big challenge to them every now and then. Even though we as market participants concede ‘No Warranted Reasons’ for these companies to fail in handling their respective competition created adversities, one can still question their ability to radically contribute to the ever expanding economic world and involved business forays.

MSMEs worldwide today, face the challenges to negotiate and relate with the industry, markets and to live up to managing their inhouse misfits. On one hand, these companies limit themselves with right skills and right sources. On the other, these companies face the problem of their child-like/neo-natal size and scope/ability to carry in the right direction.

In all, things are always a vision until unless we try and live upto it. Same is the case with these MSME enterprises; these organizations need a helping hand; a guardian/mentor to nurture and induce their lives with the right growth hormone, propelled to make them realize their dreams.

Finally, it is time to grow! It’s time to Grow for others! It’s time to Grow for life! This is why we are here. Isn’t it?
